How We Do It
Strip off old tiles, slates, battens, and degraded underfelt down to the bare timber rafters. Inspect rafters for rot or structural weakness, repairing or strengthening as required. Install modern breathable membrane underlay, treated timber battens, and your chosen slate or tile materials. Fit dry-fix or traditional mortar ridge tiles and flashings to complete a watertight, durable finish.

A complete domestic re-roof typically takes between 3 to 7 days depending on property size and scaffolding requirements.
